It took 2 weeks to the prescription sunglasses arrive, and I couldn't be happier.

Saw the frames in a local eyeglass chain. They wanted $179.00 for them bought them from simply eyeglasses for $105. My order arrived promptly and In perfect condition.

My son has needed up to + 6 percription lenses over the years. SimplyEyeglasses.com have been excellent to order through and great email response when I had questions. By far the best prices with lenses - I bought the 1.74 specially ground and coated this time. They have been great. Because he has been quite hard on glasses over the younger years - breakages etc, I learnt to purchase 2 sets of frames and change the lenses out as they needed repairs. We live in NZ and cannot get similar pricing on high standard lenses here. Shipping takes a little longer as expected. Even our insurance company has been fine with breakage pay-out so I can re-purchase online. I recommend SimplyEyeglasses to others often.

My experience with Simply Eyeglasses was absolutely perfect. From the time I placed my order with concerns as I have had horrible experiences with ordering on line before. My first issue was I send my frames via over night USPS and they did not arrive until 4 days later. Tracy keep checking on them and after they arrived she was kind enough to 'fast track' my order and even sent them back second day. Tracy made my experience with Simply Eyeglasses a pleasure. My experience with simplyeyeglasses is that they delivered the product within a very short time; however, the quality of the glasses suffered instead. My D&G frame was deformed on the right branch as if I would have wore them on my head for years. Although I tried to arrange the problem, the shape is still visibly misshapen. The return warranty of only 4 days is absurd, it almost as if the company refuses to admit their wrongs. I was leaving for Spain two days after I received my package for a period of one week so after I came back I was stuck with the glasses for good. In sum, I will never buy again from this business because I firmly prefer to wait for two more weeks at their competitor than receive a defectuous product for wish I paid 280.00$.

We have ordered 2 pr glasses from Simply Eyeglasses.com. One was for my husband, the other was mine. We both had lens issues which SimplyEyeglasses was happy to resolve (although it was a long wait to get them). My husband is VERY happy with his glasses after they fixed his lens issue. I also have a frame fit issue, but they cannot help me because I already had the lens issue - you are only allowed one return. So, I have really nice, $600 glasses that are WICKED UNCOMFORTABLE. Yes, I tried these frames on in a store before ordering them, but if you wear glasses, you know you need to wear them awhile before you really know how they will work out. So, while the price is great, you really have to weigh whether the monetary savings is worth not being able to have someone fix the problems with your frames, or order you a different size frame at no charge. (NOTE: Local optometrists will NOT adjust glasses that were purchased online, nor will they fix anything wrong with the frames.)

I was a little apprehensive at first but decided to give them a try base on all the great reviews. Well, I sent them a used pair of eyewear so simply eyes can mount the lenses on with my new prescription that I had obtained at my loval eye doctor. I ordered progressive with Xtra active lenses. The turn around time was more than reasonable. To my surprise, they got it just right the first time. Thank you simply eyes. We will do business again.
