Super easy to order prescription glasses. They were very patient and helpful when I couldn't figure out how to measure my pupillary distance. When my glasses arrived they were PERFECT! My next pair will definitely be ordered from here.

I simply love my glasses and the customer service is great!!

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses and the whole process couldn't have been smoother. The customer service before the purchase was terrific, and all my questions were answered quickly. The quality of the glasses and lenses was exceptional, and delivery was very fast. I will definitely use this company again whenever I need a new pair of regular glasses too! Highly recommended!

I was skeptical about ordering glasses online, but the styles were great and, more importantly, the extra wide bridge and extended arms made these the first pair of glasses that don't press against the temples and, indeed, go straight back with no pressure. The glasses were well packaged and arrived when promised. Good customer service when I had a question regarding pupil measurement. I'm enjoying this pair and will order another style after my annual eye exam.

I always loved the products from simply eyeglasses but my most recent purchase made me fall in love with they customer service as well. After receiving a pair of sunglasses (which came faster than anticipated as usual) I opened the package to find they were in red instead of black which I ordered! I called their customer service line and immediately was connected to a polite friendly woman who helped me facilitate a fast and easy exchange (free shipping too!) I am so happy with this company.

I found the item bought to be not representative of that as advertised. The size (i.e. width) indicated online was much larger than the frame I eventually received. Have owned a similar pair of glasses ( a replica in fact) I am in a perfect position to compare both.

I enjoyed great customer service that included phone calls and e-mails. And of course my cute, cute frames that are discontinued : /.

I'm in my 50s, so eyeglass shopping has always been in an eyeglass shop where you have a salesperson leaning over your shoulder and a two week wait in your future. Lucky for me, a 20-something young man I work with told me about SimplyEyeglasses.com. It changed my whole view on buying glasses. I'm not very tech savvy at all, but the online form was easy to follow and understand. I called their help line just to be sure I was on the right path and got the friendliest person ever! Why did I waste so much time in stores?? Perhaps the 21st century isn't so bad after all. I love my glasses and my rx sunglasses. SimplyEyeglasses has my business from now on.
