The frames I selected were on backorder, so it took 6 weeks to receive my glasses. The frames were as pictured and the lenses are excellent.

Better price compared to anywhere else but the processing and delivery seemed fairly long, it took 3 weeks for my glasses to arrive. I saved over $200 which was why I ordered through simply.

Getting prescription progressive eyeglasses right can be a challenge. SimplyEyeglasses did it perfect for me twice. Not only were the results to my complete satisfaction but their customer service employees are outstanding. When I needed to contact them I was always attended to by a very polite representative who seemed genuinely interested and happy to assist me. Their information was always consistent and accurate. I ordered a pair of sunglasses with progressive bifocal prescription lenses. The next day I received a call from Simply Eyeglasses because they were concerned about the correctness of the prescription I entered online. We worked through the issue & corrected my mistake. I received the eyeglasses within the time frame they stated & the lenses are perfect. I wear these everyday & they are fantastic.
