Easy ordering. Very helpful customer service. Answered all my questions until I felt confident with order. Cheaper than the local store even with my "insurance". Quality of finished product was excellent. I had gotten progressive lenses from the local store & wasn't happy with the reduced peripheral vision, especially in the mid-range. They are okay for some purposes but I wanted to try trifocals. Found the same frames here and got the wider trifocal sections. Perfect! Much better for driving especially.

After two eyewear stores could not get a pair of glasses made right for me (fit problems), I decided to give Simplyeyeglasses a try. Not only were their prices fantastic, but I got a quality designer pair of glasses for much less than the chain stores. They fit perfect, have high quality lenses, they are so cute, I have never had a pair I love as much as these. This will be my new go to eyewear provider! I may even order a second pair. These are the best Sunglasses I have ever owned! Persol still makes glass lenses and these are great. The price was far better than local retail stores who didn't have a size small enough for my face. My time is limited and I took an evening to look at several stores who all said that they could adjust them by bending the nose piece! Then I decided to search for the correct size on the internet and was glad I did since most of the stores offered a 2 week shipment of the product into their store (I would have to return to pick them up) and I was able to reduce the price by about 40 percent and get these shipped to my mailbox in about a week.

I was very skeptical about ordering eyeglasses n-line, but when I visited New Jersey and saw my sister's new glasses I loved them! They match my hair color and eye color perfectly and they look great on my face shape (which is the same as my sisters'.) Since I live in Florida, it doesn't matter if we have the same glasses, so I threw caution to the wind and got the BEST performing progressive lenses EVER and they are beautiful. I paid less than I ever have for a pair of progressive lenses and used my flexible spending account! They are shades of teal and shades of auburn and I get compliments on them all the time! I really will order again from this company. I received top-notch customer service from them.

I purchased frames only (no lenses) on two occasions. Both orders went smoothly and frames were as I expected. Although I went for an online purchase instead of a local optical shop because of the specific frame I wanted, I'll likely be back. The price was very attractive.
