I incorrectly ordered Drivewear lenses and simply eyeglasses replaced the lenses without any questions.

I was really pleased with my new eyeglasses. When I ordered my glasses the women that I spoke to was very helpful and nice. She made me feel very confident that I wouldn't have a problem with my glasses due to the fact that the new glasses were a no line lense and this would be my first time with that particular lense She assured me if I did, I could call and they would make them a reading only lense. I am very pleased with Simply Eyeglasses and will purchase glasses again.

I am in Canada where prices are often much higher than in the US. I ordered a pair of frames and eventually realized that they had been put onto a plane to Israel by mistake in New York. Absolutely not the fault of Simply Eyeglasses. i contacted them and we decided to see if they eventually showed up. After perhaps 3 weeks, and no frame (I am in British Columbia), they sent me another pair free of charge. When they got here, I (sigh) decided that I did not like them. I picked out another frame that I had tried on up here and returned the replacement frames. I was just charged for the difference in price between the 2 frames plus shipping. The frames from Israel showed up a couple of days later, and I returned them as well. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They worked with me the entire time, and were very professional. Thanks especially to Linda for her time and good humor. I plan on ordering sunglass frames next year from them. Highly recommend!

I saved over $100 on the frames I found at my doctor's office. The customer service asked questions about my order that clarified some of the questions I had on the order. My glasses came in a timely manner and I get a great deal of compliments.
