I have used Simply Eyeglasses several times and it is very easy to get your eyeglasses ordered. They have great communication and will respond to any questions by e-mail or even a phone call. It's quick and easy to navigate the website and the cost is very competitive to other sites. It usually takes about 2 weeks unless there is a problem and they will notify you if it will take longer. Give thema try, you won't be dissapointed

I've bought two pairs off frames from SimpleEyeglasses.com over a period of 4 yrs. They were the same style and very reasonably priced. I missed out on a new pair of the same frame this year as I waited too long to buy them on the website. However, I contacted SimplyEyeglasses Customer Service Dept. and explained I needed another pair of my favorite frames. They contacted the manufacturer for me to see if they were still in stock and I was able to Special Order the frames/color I wanted. The frames did cost a little more than what I would've paid if they'd been available on SimpleEyeglasses web-site, but that's because they came direct from the manufacturer. But I'm not complaining. Customer Service was extremely helpful and prompt. I've never had any difficulties whenever I've interacted with this company and will continue to do so in the future because of it. I'm an actual customer of SimpleEyeglasses and was not paid for this opinion. They're good at what they do.

Spoke with Tracy. She was very professional and helpful. She gave me a complete breakdown of costs with various options. She is very knowledgeable about the companies products. My glasses arrived on time and I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend Simply Eyeglasses.

Ordering through this site was fast and simple. When I had an issue with the initial order, it was resolved very quickly and effectively! Will definitely purchase from SimplyEyeglasses again!

Second time I've purchased from SimplyEyeglasses -- I trust them. Slight problem this time but I don't this it has anything to do with SimplyEyeglasses. Progressive lenses seem very difficult to find "that right spot". Seems like the "near" area is just too small. Again, this is not SimplyEyeglasses.com issue.

I had been looking for a pair of glasses for a couple months. Finally went into a well known vision store and found a pair I loved but she said they were $225. Wow, I said write the information down and I will "think" about it. When I got home I started checking the internet and found Simply Eyeglasses. The price for the exact same glasses $89.00 and free shipping - SOLD! I received them within five days and took them to Costco with my perscription. They charge &18.00 for not using their glasses but still money ahead. Thanks for saving me money 😊
