Very Impressed
Just got my Gx by Gwen Stefani glasses today! I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online because whenever I buy them local they always have a hard time making the lenses and usually end up sending them back to be redone. But no one around here sells the Gwen Stefani frames so I gave it a shot. I took them right out of the box and put them on and everything is perfect! Great customer service. Highly recommended :)

Hello AC, Unfortunately, we have no control of your country's custom fees. From the photos you sent us, it was determined that the frame needed an adjustment. We suggested taking the frame locally for the adjustment. We also, gave you a return authorization to return the frame to us for replacement or a refund. If you return the frame to us, we will be happy to give you a refund or replace the frame. On 9/02/16 you were emailed RMA970. Is there a possibility, you did not receive the email? We always want our customers to be happy. I apologize, for this inconvenience. Thank you Cindy

Very Happy customer.
Prices are very good, quality is very good. I am very happy with the customer service. They are very nice and friendly. My insurance did not refund me for my glasses due to nonsense reasons. The customer service helped me get the documents needed to got my money back. Highly recommended for the price, quality and service.

I ordered a rimless frame and lenses, and was not satisfied by the lens size and shape. No problem, after calling and speaking to several wonderful people, I simply sent if back................and very soon thereafter received the new lenses. It was exactly as I wanted, very quick, easy, and I am very satisfied.
