The only gripe I have is that the processing took longer than they said it would. I ordered frames only and it took 4 days instead of 1-3. Other than that, a good experience.

I was hesitant to buy eyeglass frames over the internet....definitely a first for me. But I wanted the frames that they had and they weren't available locally. So I went ahead and ordered. I spoke with a customer rep. and she was very professional and efficient. So I received my frames in a strong cardboard box with lots of bubble wrap and in a sturdy, attractive, spacious, glasses- case along with a cleaning cloth. I will buy again from them next year!
