I have never had a problem with simplyeyesglasses.com that wasn't resolved with a friendly service agent. I mean they are friendly and prompt to help. 1) Attributes of 'lens', which are specified on the SimplyEyglasses website, are not all available. 2) Choice of "Temple" are limited to a max of 145 3) Craftsmanship of lens is rough, and not suitable for high-end glasses 4) Accuracy of 'lens' (prescription) is questionable as well (does not provide the same power). 5) Unfortunately, all of the above (& some other issues) does not make me a repeat customer and neither a person who would recommend SimplyEyeglasses for high-end glasses.
