Very well made pair of glasses. Ordered the airrage prescription glasses with trivex lenses. Very clear sight for impact lenses. Very pleased with them.

I did an agonizing amount of research before buying my Ray Bans and when completed, I chose Simply Eyeglasses without reservation. My trust in them paid off! Their selection and prices are second to none. I had to deal briefly with customer service (just a question) and the experience was fast and very courteous. One small glitch occurred in shipping which slowed the process down somewhat, but nothing serious. I'd recommend Simply Eyeglasses to family and friends without reservation.

Hello Ms Christie, Thank you for your response. Simply Eyeglasses orders all frames directly from the manufacturer to ensure authenticity. We do not stock any of the over 60,000 frames on our site. The original size Prada frame was not in stock in the USA, it was shipped direct from the manufacturer in Italy taking 7-10 business days. When you decided you wanted the smaller size,again it took another 7-10 business days. It is very disappointing to have to wait so long, when you're excited to get your new eyeglasses. We always upgrade shipping to USPS Priority to help off set the delay. I do apologize for your inconvenience. Enjoy day! Cindy

Auntie Alma is 99 years old and lives in a Nursing Home, where her eyeglasses went missing. I believe they nearly turned the place upside down, trying to find her glasses but to no avail!!! Now, what to do???? I located her last optometrist and asked if he could fax me her latest prescription, the best we could do as far as determining her vision requirements. I then went to Google and searched for an online provider of eyeglasses and fortunately found SimplyEyeglasses! With a photo of Aunt Alma in hand, I searched through the various frame designs and came up with a Sophia Loren frame that was very similar to Aunt Alma's lost ones. I was very pleased with the total price, including shipping and Aunt Alma loves her new glasses.

When my bag was stolen with my glasses in them, I had to find a quick and cheap way to replace my glasses. I couldn't go through my insurance, and I'm a snob who loves my Burberry glasses, so I did a lot of research on different companies that carried what I wanted, without an exorbitant price tag. I thought the website looked a little... old-school? Sketchy? I can't describe it, but in the end I got a genuine product at a good price, and I can happily see again through my hipster frames. This is the first time I've ever ordered eyeglasses online. I was very pleased with the pricing and all the various customizable options for the lenses. I received them in the mail and was not happy with how they looked on me. I was concerned about sending them back, not sure if I would have to pay for an entirely new pair. I contacted customer service and a very friendly and helpful rep assured me I could exchange the frames without any problems. Even though I picked a pair that were $6 more, they did not charge me. I sent the glasses back and received the new pair in a very timely manner. I love the new ones and the prescription is perfect. Couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone!

The product was exactly as advertised. For half the cost at our local optometrist. We were very pleased. We were quite hesitant as we had always bought from our local shop but the glasses would have been double the cost. My husband is the one the glasses were for and he wears hearing aids, so we needed a frame that would not press down on the back of his ears, but still stay on. He is very happy with the product and the quality of the work. It took the full window of time, but you had them done within it so while we were anxious to get them, you were factual in your time estimate.

Hello Mr. Rova, I do apologize for your inconvenience. The Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses were to us from Italy taking 7-10 to business days for us to receive. The sunglasses were shipped to you in Sweden on May 16. I have tracked your package, it states you were unavailable on the 30th. USPS only show the package has been in transit sure why it has taken so long,for you to receive your package from the United States.
