WORST customer service EVER!!!! I had the 60$ dollar truly unlimited plan but i guess it's NOT truly unlimited. When I used the my account app for simple mobile it said my plan had 600GB of unlimited data witch actually would of been fine but the high speed data stopped at 195GB of data i call customer so many times I jus said forget it and I purchased ad on data I used it for 2 days then they turned my internet off with 5 days of service left... im with mint mobile now. Thanks Dead Pool💯

So far I had a good experience using Simple Mobile for more than 2 yrs now. Another thing that I like is that an amount of $10 to call abroad is included in my plan. For me it is a big factor because I can call my family back home without buying additional mins or call cards

Spotty service , wifi glitches a lot and when you have a problem it seems like no one can't fix it . Costumer service is the worst I've ever seen . Representatives barely speak english which makes things worst ..they never understand anything you say . Unrespectful and cranky costumer service representatives . Always screwing up your account . The worst of the worst costumer service in the world . I ask a rep to refill my hotspot but intend got my phone refilled before it was due and no hotspot data In top of that I'm being bill twice for the month of December , on December 9 and on December 30 Makes no sense cause there's no way I'm paying twice in a month. representatives are dumb as hell.

I purchased two SIMs and neither of them worked, after spending 2 hours dealing with customer service I was informed "It appears that the part number of your SIM card is registered as TracFone Wireless. That's why the system is not accepting it. I tried to update the SIM card, but it's still not working.". What does that even mean? I was never refunded for the data I purchased $27 donation to SIMPLE MOBILE and never was able to get a working number. Absolute scam.

internet cuts out for no reason - not reliable - don’t waste your time with it

The absolute honest truth about this service is that it is a pitiful disgrace with people in charge who seem to only care about money since they charge the same amount as other services when other services actually work. Half the time this service doesn't work. I've had to call them dozens of times to problems and some of which took over a week to fix. I am gladly switching to either AT&T or Verizon. I've told many people I know to never use this service and that will never change. They will never read this review and continue to fail as a company. This is the honest truth of how I see this company and can't wait to stop using it. Even these words can't even reach the crumbs on the bottom of how much I hate this company if anyone reads this don't use this service. Respectfully I hate this service from the bottom of my heart.

HORRIBLE. They could not successfully transfer my service. I went back to ATT who said I need to have them unlock the number. They want a $300 unlock fee even though I have never been able to use my phone. They only way around it is too return my new phone and buy another one. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! NEVER USE SIMPLE MOBILE!!!
