Absolute trash honestly. I've had nothing but problems with this company. Don't expect to get anywhere if you contact customer service either. They genuinely have no idea what they're talking about. They don't even want to be bothered in the first place. Expect to be transferred about 15 times too. Though they'll probably just hang up on you. Or stop talking in hopes you'll hang up first. You'll probably go through this multiple times in the process, which ends up dragging out for days, with zero resolution. Oh and heads up, you'll probably be punished for using the data you specifically pay for. It's "Truly" NOT unlimited. Nor is it a good service to begin with. Find a different company, anything is better than this trash, joke of a company.

I ordered a moxie hotspot and a $50 prepaid plan (a product of simple mobile). I began setup process online. Entered the requested information and was told my device can't be activated. Chatted online with support. Told my only option was to return the product that I ordered online. I asked if they could send me a working product. They can't! I must return the product (an hour plus drive). I was told my new product wasn't scanned, it must be returned. I would avoid using them and I will probably take the $50 loss to avoid giving them more business.

Dumbest customer service on earth. I bought a phone and decided to use the trade-in option. Their button on the website to go to the "trade-in website" does not work. Customer service says. They can't tell if, when at all. They don't have information. They do not even make an attempt to be nice. An answer (between questions) takes approx 2 min. Simplemobile turned from an ok provider to an incorporated s..-show..show.

Simple Mobile is a dirty Ponzi scheme fiasco. Like similar reviews here, which I scanned before scripting my own scathing, accurate repudiation of their scummy, faux operation, I can attest that they mailed me a phone w/out a simcard, set me up with a second simcard without linking it to THE IMEI of my new phone, erased my long-standing simplemobile account whimsically and without documentation, falsely assured me they would and could easily recover my account and email, along with a boatload of reward points I had amassed, told me all I needed was a new simcard and everything would be restored to normality, rerouted my 3 advanced paid months of service to some unknown locus, all 3 months brokered by me in good faith that the money and service paid was good to go once a proper simcard was ascribed, erased the data to my old phone's IMEI, and continued to b.s. their way into the corner of a little square box filled with nothing but bogus claims and pig-headed rhetoric devoid of any mechanism to modify or fix ANYTHING, every obstacle of which was caused by their louse-minded, contaminated, ponzi scheme debacle of a false company

Their first agent sent me the wrong sim card. Their second agent said it's non-refundable even though it was THEIR agent's mistake. GoSmart support people go telling around that GoSmart is now Simple Mobile. Simple mobile says they are NOT the same company. Such a mess! I paid for expedited shipping too and now I don't have a card in time, so that's wonderful. Simple Mobile and their "sister company" GoSmart are the worst ever. And their support is utterly useless!

💩💩💩tty service…. Renewed service 12/6/21… kept calling and calling about data issues.. would get reset but only work for couple hours .. and stalls again … call customer service they transfer me numerous ppl and they will just hang up during trouble shooting…. Bad service bad customer service DONT WASTE YOUR TIME And MONEY

Worst company ever. They charged me twice for the monthly payment and now refuse to give me my refund. The first payment went through since I had a confirmation number on the email & they saying that they don’t see it and that the order number doesn’t work! Spoke to multiple representatives in the phone & they all have the same bs speech. Well they’ve lost a customer. Stay away! Fraudulent.

Simple mobile needs a class action suit. I purchased a iPhone on time through there other company it was for 12 months I could pay it off early no penalty so I paid off in one month went to get it unlocked since paid off I was told I still have to wait the 12 months I wanted hammer the phone we all need to contact state attorney all the other carriers once you pay off unlocks the phone they are crooks. Call state attorney make complaint. Get class action suit started. Freelance Journalist
