I had 7000 pts on my rewards account and when I went to use them after the 60 day pending period my point disappeared and I called there customer service number the first time they put them back on my account and 2 hours later they was gone again so I called them back and after 30 minutes of being put on hold I told them I wanted to talk to someone incharge and 30 seconds later they hung up on me so if you want to be ripped off then this is the place for you if you want a device that stands by there word and customer run away because simple mobile will rip you off every chance they get! I will never recommend simple mobile I was a long time costomer until there customer service agents where sub par and simply refused to connect me to someone incharge to fix amy problem that has happened more than once they don't care about there customer in the least and will do anything to end the call with you and if you prove them wrong they will strait up hang up without fixing the issue!!

In June 2022 I tried to transfer my service to T-Mobile because simple mobile doesn’t have service in GA and Tx where I frequently visit. Simple mobile gave me an account number and password for the transfer but to my amazement T-Mobile wasn’t able to transfer the number for almost two weeks to the extent that we were doing 3way (T-Mobile, simplemobile and I) calling that sometimes lasted 2hrs. Three weeks into this mess, I just took off the T-Mobile sim from the phone and put simple mobile sim and boom the phone started working. Apparently simple mobile never released the line all this while. I started using the line and I called simple mobile for credit which they refused to give even though they’re aware that I wasn’t able to use the line. Moving forward, on the night of July 27, my phone was turned off. This is the date my payment would have been due, but I figured I only used the phone for couple of weeks that I still have grace period, I was turned off for nonpayment. Hummmm So I quickly made a payment and I was advised to turn the phone off and back on. Since that day up until now my phone cannot receive nor make calls. Text messages comes in once or twice a day. As I am writing this I have been on the phone for about 2hrs still trying to fix the line. I must have called ten times in last two weeks without any resolution. I asked the customer service to please provide me with information to transfer my line if they cannot provide the service that I am paying for, supervisor not available. I have missed so many good job assignments because I cannot be reached. I can only communicate with ppl via email or WhatsApp. This is total injustice and oppression of the highest order. I cannot leave because I needed the password from simple mobile, I cannot stop paying because I don’t want to lose my number, they will not give credit despite no usage of service. Where is FCC to help people out of stronghold of these monopolized communication companies.

Terrible service but the customer service is even worth. I just can't describe how horrible it is - just STAY AWAY. You won't save anything at the end of the day. Even to leave them is the hell! They can't transfer number, close accounts, etc. No one knows anything. Lorgine on the phone - so disrespectful.

It was terrible I tried ordering a phone from simple mobile, first, it said that everything was good and on its way but the next day there was an email saying that I had canceled the order even though I never did and after that, I called the customer service they essentially said I couldn't do anything.

Absolute nightmare. There is NOTHING simple about Simple Mobile. They keep selling you "plans", yet the "plan" has limited data. Once the data runs out, you cannot buy more data without buying an entirely new plan. There is no such thing as buying data. So, you may be in the middle of an important business meeting and the streaming stops because your "plan" is out of data. If you select "auto renew", then it automatically renews the old plan you were on, but if you ran out of data and got a new plan, then you're paying for 2 plans at the same time. Their system is an absolute nightmare.

Customer service is abysmal! They used to let you speak right to customer service after saying the magic phrases "customer service" 3 times in call after being asked what your calling for by the stupid automated voice. 2 times it says sorry we didn't get that and the third time it passes you off to a human. But that doesn't work anymore they throw you right into the same loop again... I have the $50/month plan and just bought a $25/month plan card from walmart it's literally all the money I have... After "refilling" with the new plan pin what I think they did is instantly force the $25/month plan card as payment onto the $50/month plan payment... I can't see it on my online account stash and when I go to purchase a $25/month plan card online and use the new plan card pin it says it's already been redeemed... After going through the customer ignorance "customer service" magic phrase loop and getting sent to square one 3 times I found a way to talk to customer service through "tech support" but was told office hours start at 8am... Now I'm waiting an hour and going to berate them for how crappy thier service is. If they don't start me fresh on a $25/month plan with that card specifically I bought today I'm dropping them like a bad habit!!!
