Cant see pics of members without paying a minimum of one months subscriotion,cant see whos viewed you either,bad bad BAD app/site

The customer service is excellent. I received a very helpful response to my query well within 24 hours. (However, the site doesn’t suit me as I only wish to meet very locally.)

They offer no customer service. They have no customer service support number so you cannot talk to a live person when there is an issue. I sent two requests to customer service to please delete my account. They will not delete my account (that I've never used and never will use.) They will not send a link to change my password so I can log-in and delete my account that way. I only have one personal email so it's not a matter of using the wrong email. The customer service person who answered my email was rude and unhelpful. They refuse to delete my account upon my request. They literally want to FORCE you to keep your account with their crappy service.

Very poor site. Complete rip off when it comes to the renewing your membership. Not explain at all. Got a bill for £143 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER. COMPLETE SCAM

I never spent one cent. But these people should NOT be allowed to engage people without disclosing it is a paid piece of sh@t

A complete and total waste of time and money, I would go into detail, but don't need to, I think the many many bad reviews it has already says it all.

SPAM SPAM SPAM. I have never been a customer on Silversingles. In the last week, I have been bombarded by 24 spam emails, all with slightly different mailer addresses making it impossible to block them. Their unsubscribe option takes you to a Disneyland webpage. Calling them on land line and they never answer. Horrible way to run a business

As others are stating this is a very, very poorly run company. In less than two weeks of signing up, I was approached by 4 scammers. One took me in and I was going to arrange to meet him! Never have I felt so unsafe in an online community. DO NOT under any circumstance sign up for this site. Everything about it stinks. Only after some very strongly worded emails to them, with a threat of legal action, was I able to get a refund. I then immediately deleted my account.
