The customer service was great when I asked a question. Overall, I think it is too early for me to say anything meaningful about the service as a whole. There are many instances of accounts that are clearly not real people, but they are fairly easy to spot once the company notified me about one of them. I am disappointed that no real people have reached out to me, but that is certainly not the company's fault. I will have to see how things go.

Just signed up - didn't pay. 'Likes' are blurry photos. O purleese... that's why I won't be joining you. 'Some features not available before payment' they say ..well I prefer sites where they are! See before you buy is the normal commercial system.

Only one bad experience on the site, though as other users say, they don’t pay any attention to your criteria. When I cancelled 5 days before the supposed end date visible on my account they told me I had to cancel 7 days before according to terms and conditions. This means their default must be to set up a recurring payment as I would not have chosen that since I’m leaving the country. How is that ethical or even permitted?The response on this page is not helpful. I have repeatedly asked customer service to send me a screen shot of the page where they say I was informed of this requirement before paying. They also say it is in the confirmation email, which it is not. I have asked the agent to pass me on to a superior since she refuses to answer my request. She replied that I couldn’t have a refund- which I have not asked for.

I had very few matches within the mileage range I selected. Most matches were hundreds of miles away and even in different states! Also, I would go a week or more without any activity on my profile. The website would suggest you lower your expectations. When I did reach out, the men never responded. I will try another dating app. that has a proven record of more people registered.

As always, a member writes the characteristics they are looking for (for instance height over 5’10”). Then, most of the members who contacted me were way under 5’10! It’s exhausting going through all of those interested members on a daily basis who don’t come close to the preferences I submitted.

It is a scam. I have had almost no matches within 100 miles of where I live despite flagging up that a close location was the most important criteria. Lately matches have come 200 - 300 miles away. There are an awful lot of matches where the photo is witheld and every time I request photo there is no response - I don't believe some of these even exist as their profiles are very similar and just a few words long.
