Silver Singles is the worst dating site I have ever been on. You pay a fee and do not receive any messages. Even though people have replied. Hard to navigate. I only wanted people within 50 kms. The men are old and decrepit. Do not do it. Complete waste of money.

The matches are usually from people a hundred plus miles away. I live surrounded by 4 big cities including Birmingham and no matches from any. All people wanting to meet a partner on this awful site say the same. Avoid

3 Times I have received warnings about the person i was in contact with being a Fake. I appreciate you keeping me safe but i only interacted with a half dozen men and 3 were fake????? I don't remember the exact dates but in have not been on this site long

Site is full of scammers I have about 20 matches, 80% of them are scammers........if you see a womans profile with her gmail or whatsapp contact details, they are scammers......no exception, everyone I spoke to takes you down the cybersex road....one mentioned she had no toys, but she has her eye on one on Amazon for £150, could I buy it for her via PayPal so we can have lots more fun....she got blocked. Another lived close to me - 5 miles away(well her parents did)she lives in Belfast, we got talking and she said we had to meet, could I send her the fare from Belfast to me so we could be together.......Amazon Gift cards, paypal payments.....I just play with them now,, see how far I can take them, once money is mentioned I block them. Pointless reporting them as the site does nothing. There profiles stay active for 3 days, then they move on? Spoke to one woman in Milton keynes, 3 days later same profile turn up in Burnley, 3 days later, her profile turns up in Nottingham. Pictures on the site of the women are false.......once they get you onto a messenger, they send you a picture, different woman. I spoke to numerous mature women who all said they made a mistake with there age, they are not 70 - but 35???? They dont live where there profile says, they move all over the place...............steer clear........there are a few genuine woman on there, these are the ones without email addresses on there profile.........beware.......not found a genuine site yet over the 20 years I have been using them - Match is no different.......continuous amount of ads popping up showing there other sites which contain the same women. If they removed the scammers they would have no members, its that bad......since I joined but not paid membership, they have offered me discounts numerous time, they are offering one third off to join at the moment
