I need to get back to you on another matter. I accidentally hit unsubcribe when l did not mean.to, as a result l am no longer receiving any female prospects. Would you please reinstate me in to your system so l will start receiving female candidates. Thank you

Update: I previously gave this site a pretty fair review, but on second thoughts I'm thinking it was just not worth joining. Still not receiving any messages. Very few new matches, no contact with other members, nothing. I joined when they had the $17.95/mo deal. They normally charge around $45, so I count myself lucky. Don't know if they took any of my previous suggestions under consideration, but they need to do something different to get new members and keep the current ones. 1st.Review: Other members are not answering messages. I was informed that if a recipient is not a Premier member they don't get to see messages. Suggestion: Maybe matches should only be Premier members. Too many matches are located too far away (all over the country). Also, matches are not always what a member is looking for. I don't believe members necessarily have to be compatible in interests and likes and dislikes. Sometimes, opposites attract. Suggestion: Maybe a data base of all members with filters for preferences that we could search for matches ourselves would be more helpful.

Not even been able to get past the sign-up and try out the site. After spending an awful long time going through the complex questionnaire/test that is part of the sign-up process, my account has been 'locked' due to 'inconsistencies'. I can only hope I look younger than my age as I can't possibly think what else it could be. How do I unlock it? Send photos of my driving licence or passport - no, I don't think so. For the brief period I was able to use the site before they locked my account, I was only getting a handful of matches and they were some 50 miles away so it didn't seem promising anyway.

Uploaded pics rejected again and again, trouble logging on, impossible to find the contact box to reach Customer service, errors and trouble to like a profile .. quite a frustrating experience all in all.

I’ve had a typically useless reply from Silver Singles regarding the automatic renewal. They say contact their team. My dad and I have done this multiple times but they refuse to refund. They say to cancel via the app stall. I paid for my dad on PayPal and he used the web based service as the app wouldn’t work on his iPad. So again the reply is useless and guess what? No refund for my dad.

all the men I spoke with, were scammers. Very troubling. literally everyone of them that I had any conversation with ended up to be fake accounts and not real people. The only reason I could give them a one star was their Customer Service was willing to give me a refund. I was only on the site one week it was that bad.

I would like to think that perhaps one of the moderators went rouge. My profile was marked "rejected" when I tried to set it up and used examples the app itself had offered as options. For example I had ticked the box Never for wanting children. It was an app provided option. Not a write in. wth. At this point in my life I won't be having children. If it is an option I fail to understand why I cannot choose it. Same for race description. That was also rejected when I ticked the box I have been ticking my entire life. That was literally the minute I decided to just cancel my subscription and delete my profile. Also, it seemed like every other day I was getting emails warning me about dubious profiles. I am even embarrassed that I signed up for this site TBH but a friend seemed to meet people on it. Other better more reputable dating apps are also cheaper. Even though I can access this app for another 2 months I am done. If you are on the fence, try Hinge or one of the other better known apps. Between rejecting my choices to self describe using app wording and constant emails alerting me to bogus profiles I think this company has to select better moderators. Not for me this app and very likely not for you.

Responses are very slow , maybe they are just not looking for my type, but oh well, I am trying
