My seat cushion was tearing after three-year normal use. And they address the issue very effectively and considerately after I contact them. Definitely a 5 star!

SIHOO Doro C300 Pro V2 (Exceptional Perfect Chair) I bought this chair and so far, it offers exceptional comfort, an excellent ergonomic design, and a very solid build quality. What impressed me most is how effectively it supports both the lower lumbar area and the entire back, even during long working hours. I have tried and carefully evaluated many office chairs available on the market, and this is honestly one of the best office chairs I have ever used and tried. For me, it is the perfect chair, providing an outstanding combination of comfort, ergonomic support, build quality, and price. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer support. I had a minor issue, and the support team responded quickly and professionally, resolving it with impressive speed and efficiency. Their responsiveness made the overall experience even better.

I’m genuinely impressed, not only with the chair, but also with SIHOO’s customer support. I bought the SIHOO C300 Pro V2 and absolutely love it. When I placed my order, I made the mistake of choosing the version without the footrest. After using the chair for a while, I realized that the footrest really completes the whole experience and feels like it belongs with the chair. One important thing to know: SIHOO normally does not sell or ship the footrest separately, so if you are considering this chair, I strongly recommend ordering the version with the footrest from the beginning. In my case, I decided to contact SIHOO support and explain what had happened. They were incredibly understanding and helpful, and although the footrest is normally not available separately, they made an exception for me and arranged to send one free of charge. I honestly did not expect that, and I was very impressed by the way they handled the situation. This is the kind of customer service that really makes a company stand out. The chair itself is fantastic, extremely comfortable, well designed and one of the best office chairs I’ve ever used. For me, it’s basically the perfect chair. his chair is incredible; since I got it, I’ve experienced much less pain, especially in my lower back. I realized that I spend most of my time sitting at work, so I invested in this chair—and I have no regrets. The only downside is that, compared to the Sihoo, any other chair now feels inadequate to me. I plan to buy one for my husband and son next. It is truly a worthwhile investment. I have the s300 and it is a very comfortable chair. I’ve been really happy with the overall ergonomics, and I think it’s one of the best chairs you can get at this price point. The only area that could use some improvement is the durability of the seat mesh. Overall, though, it’s a very comfortable and supportive chair and a great value for the price.
