After seeing the ads I was very exited to buy a chair. But after reading some comments and reviews it didn’t help me to convince me to buy a chair. But after seeing the sales or price I just have to try it. When I saw I could use klarna it convinced me to buy it because the website isn’t so populair in the Netherlands. On the website I saw that the order will be shipped between 2 workdays but after 2 workdays I didn’t got any email that updated my order. So I got very worried if the order was accepted or not. After replying on my order, I’ve got an email back that it was already on its way with an link to the shipping company. The website didn’t really say when it will be delivered and how late, but I saw that it already was landed in the Netherlands. And about an hour after receiving the email with the information, the package was delivered! I was very happy and exited. I found the assembling paper very clear, you just have to read is clearly even on the package for the screws, than it will be very easy. I’m very happy with the product I’ve received and the information that I ask for. If I got an update when and how late my package was arriving it could get 5 stars from me :)

I received my chair from Sihoo. The box was pretty torn up. I already purchased another chair. But I contacted Sihoo through their message process. They authorized the return. Their customer service was very responsive.

SIHOO's after-sales service is commendable, but a slight delay in response. However, they eventually addressed my concern satisfactorily. Overall, a positive experience.

Le processus d’installation est relativement simple et pratique, et il existe également des instructions détaillées et des vidéos. La finition globale est bonne, et la famille a essayé, il peut être plus adapté aux adultes de taille modérée, et la fonction de réglage est plus pratique et pratique, j’espère l’utiliser pendant longtemps.

The lumber support is fantastic and highly adjustable, which you can move up/down as well as releasing the tension of it. Impressive one.

So, I have been using this chair for a year or so, hence had the time to explore how good this is. Overall the chair is sturdy and feels good to sit on it.
