Amazing company. Had an issue with my chair -- standard, wheel didn't fit -- and reached out. The support team helped me identify the issue, got the new parts mailed and got me seated in no time. Just an easy group to work with. Chair is amazing, too, which helps. LOVE it and Sihoo/would highly recommend.

I bought a chair, very comfy, fast delivery. I had a small broken piece in my parcel, contact us and they send me one new. Very good support, very good communication, fast response. Totally buy one again.

Only making this review to shed some light on the negative "scam" reviews,I made my order and basically got a notification a day later and then my chair was shipped, Reviews are very mixed and was abit scared to spend money on this company, please don't let this effect you and order as ive had a very positive experience. I received M57 shiftily and its really good, Very good plastic quality, Feels better than most plastics and it feels robust, The arm pad could be softer and metal could be abit better quality but overall very comfortable and worth the price..

Je possède la chaise M57-M111 dont je suis très satisfait et que j’utilise tous les jours depuis presque 3 ans. Les deux accoudoirs se sont cassés, le SAV m’a répondu rapidement et me les a renvoyés sans frais. Très satisfait.

J'ai commandé une chaise de bureau, qualité au RDV. Plus de 2ans que j'utilise cette marque au travail et jamais un souci. Lors de ma commande personnelle, malheureusement, 2 pièces étaient légèrement abîmées, j'en ai parlé de suite au support, ils m'ont renvoyés les pièces de suite. Gros + niveau service client. À l'écoute et très réactif, je recommande vivement !!
