I ordered a chair on the Sihoo website and it was delivered super fast! Unfortunately the box was stolen afterwards and even though it was not the company’s fault they were still very kind and helpful and managed to find a solution for me. I strongly recommend this company for their product and quality of service - very refreshing in this day and age! Thank you again for everything!!!

Ive gotta give it to them, i was really sceptical after reading some of these reviews, not sure if they have problems in some countries but I purchased the C100 last tuesday and it arrived in a week, my email inbox was full so didnt recieve a confirmation email, emailed them and customer service resent it. The chair is insanely good value for money. Was going to spend 6-700£ on a hinomi but theres honestly no need, the dual lumbar support is top quality and the chair has a load of different adjustment points, for 260£ you cant go wrong - very happy thus far

Really good product they are answering really quickly if you need a information or whatever you need, I live in France the only thing is that it take one week to receive the chair but it’s no big deal.Otherwise a really good company doing its maximum to please their clients.

I bought a chair that didn't suit me because I'm tall. Despite this, I kept the chair for a year. At the end of this period, they refunded part of the price to compensate. I eventually opted for the S100 chair, which suits me much better. Their customer service is excellent.

Customer service was great After I hadn’t received my order, I complained on trustpilot as well as to Sihoo’s customer service. Very shortly after, they assisted me and had refunded me the order. Bottom line is, their service was quite good, they were reactive and helpful. I blame delivery services which are extremely incompetent at times.

I recently purchased the Sihoo M18 and I am extremely impressed with its comfort and adjustability, especially considering its price point. Initially, I ordered the chair with the skate wheels, but found that they did not function well. I reached out to Sihoo's customer support and was pleased with their prompt and attentive service. They listened to my feedback and promptly addressed my issue. Their excellent customer service and willingness to consider customer opinions have greatly enhanced my overall experience with Sihoo. The chair is really confortable. I had a minor issue with the lumbar support six months after purchase and the after sales support has been amazing. They sent me a new replacement piece in few days. A very professional and kind company, which is a rare sight today. Thank you !
