I was a little bit scared after reading some of the comments here about shipping, but to my surprise it was very fast for me and my chair arrived in great condition.

I have had multiple chairs over the years, and this is by far the best. The support is excellent, the variety of adjustments ensures you can create the perfect bespoke position. The mesh allows good air flow, and keeps you cool in summer. I have had this chair 19 months now and love it. Just to add their customer support is quick to reply, and extremely helpful.

The chair I ordered (SIHOO M57) was very good quality, it provides great ergonomic support. I believe this chair provides better value for money than expensive rivals such as the Herman Miller Aeron. The customer service is also great, quick to respond to an issue I had.

The chair I ordered (Sihoo M18) was smooth and comfortable! Very nicely built and easy to put together. It also arrived earlier than I had expected. The M18 is a great choice for anybody under 6 foot, but I would recommend looking at other Sihoo chairs if you're a bit taller. The customer service agent Yan helped me with a few questions and was very quick as well as polite! Thank you Sihoo!

At first I was pretty scared about if the chair would really arrive as I'm someone pretty impatient but it arrived in no time and the quality was amazing, I know most people will read that comment as I'm a client that's trying to sell you something as much as I can but really I'm gonna be fully honest, The chair I got is great quality and as my first ergonomic chair I am more than satisfied, Also, the service client is great and the installation of the chair is easy, quick and smooth, totally recommand those chairs especially the doro C300
