I purchased a chair that I had some small issues with but the customer service turned out to be brilliant and fully replaced my chair after answering some questions about the situation. I'm very grateful at their speedy response to my requests and to the customer service overall, although the original product was not perfect, I can gladly give this company 5 stars based on how they handled the situation after I approached them about the issues I had with the original product.

We Got a Sihoo Doro S100 Ergonomic Office Chair with Dual Dynamic Lumbar Support on April 6, great chair. On September 11, I emailed Customer support with a problem, my chair was inclination was not working correctly, the service I got is fantastic, Yan help thru the whole process f getting a replacement part and getting it shipped, I got he part yesterday, Thank you YAN. I do highly recommend this Company.
