I'd like to share my recent experience with Sihoo Office. I purchased the S100 Chair, but encountered some issues with the delivery. However, when I reached out to customer service, they were extremely helpful and provided all the answers I needed. They resend me another chair without any problem. I was particularly impressed by their kindness and the quick response time. As for the chair itself, it’s very comfortable. I spend around 8 hours a day sitting in it and I haven't experienced any back pain during this period. I highly recommend Sihoo!

The warranty was fulfilled, and the replacement part was promptly sent as soon as it was in stock. Communication was also excellent, with no issues.

Two and a half years ago, I purchased a SIHOO Recliner Computer Office Chair (the one with the separate head rest and retractable foot rest.) I recently noticed one of the arm rests was cracking and contacted SIHOO customer support. After sending them pictures of the wear-and-tear, they shipped me a replacement arm rest promptly and I was able to swap in the new one easily.
