I bought the M57, it arrived quickly and it's as good as I hoped it'd be. I had a loose armrest so I contacted support, they answered quite quickly and they sent me a new one immediately after confirming the issue.

I have owned both M57 and M18 Office chairs and they both are super comfortable, durable, and help my posture significantly. One has the padded cushion and one is a mesh cushion which i actually liked more. I would recommend both to anyone looking for a cozy office chair for longer hours for the price! -Jordan
