After two years of use, one of the armrests on my chair broke. I contacted their customer service, and they were absolutely awesome. They responded right away and mailed me a replacement part super quickly with zero hassle. What really impressed me the most is that I noticed the new replacement part has an updated design specifically meant to fix the issue that caused it to break in the first place. You can tell this is an absolutely thoughtful and dedicated team that actually listens to feedback and improves their products. Highly recommend both the chair and the company!

I have a C300 chair and I am more than satisfied. The seating is very comfortable and the back support is incredible. The quality of workmanship is at a high level. I recommend it to everyone who has back problems and those who sit for a long time.

Se comunican contigo en todo momento, desde que realizas el pedido hasta que sale el envío y llega, que por cierto me llegó antes de lo que decían. Se monta fácilmente, viene todo detallado, con sus piezas y herramientas, incluso unos guantes. La silla es muy muy cómoda, se ajusta en altura, en el soporte cervical, con un tejido fuerte y transpirable. Una maravilla.

I've own this chair for 4 years and its been great. It still works like brand new and definitely has helped me a lot keeping my back straight.

I just wanna say thank you to Daisy & Remi from the support team. I bought C300 2 years ago and after some while the mechanism to adjust chair height stopped working. Support was quick with responses, helpful and they sent me a new mechanism to exchange for the old one. Chair works again now like a new one. Big up guys, this is how to treat the customer! :)

The C300 is an excellent, very comfortable chair for long hours of sitting, and the customer service has been extremely responsive.

M18 - support ist genau so wie er heutzutage sein soll. keine allgemeine ki, sondern richtig gut mitgedacht! sogar mit Emailverlauf! Jedenfalls, schnelle antwort, ich hatte so probleme mit der kopflehne das die zu tief ist und nicht für 185cm ausgelegt ist auch wenns steht, aber mit langem oberkröper passts nicht. Gab sehr gute hilfe, schnelle reaktionszeit. einfach top
