I orderded a chair and ther was a little piece of plastic broken, probably during delivery. I sent an email to figure out wat was possible and the response was very quick and clear, after confirming the damage and adress they immediately sent the replacement seat. Customer service in my experience is great and i would order here again if i need a new chair. Also the chair is exactly what I expected and i like it alot.

I purchased from Sihoo from an online recommendation, and when I first received the chair, it unfortunately wasn't working properly, but the customer service was outstanding. I received timely replies from Sihoo and they sent me replacement parts immediately. They walked me through how to resolve the issues and now my chair is working as it should. I appreciate the customer support and how they ensured I was satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered the Doro S300 chair on Thursday (from the EU store to Poland), and it was sent on Monday and already arrived to me on Wednesday which is a pretty fast service. I read a lot of bad reviews on the chair online, but when I received it, it felt really good, solid (heavy, lots of parts made from metal) and very comfortable. Service is very kind and replies very fast.

I've had my S300 for a couple of years, and I like it a lot. I've recently had a niggle with one of the parts, and their support has been superb in helping me resolve it. I just wanted to shout out this level of service - it's much appreciated. Looking forward to the next few years of sitting back and being comfortable :-)
