I am very satisfied with my new SIHOO office chair so far. The ordering and delivery process went smoothly, and the chair feels high-quality and sturdy. I also really like the comfort of the chair. I was especially impressed with the friendly customer service and the quick communication when I contacted them with a question. My request was handled quickly, professionally, and very generously. Overall, I am very happy with both the product and the customer service from SIHOO, and I can definitely recommend my experience so far.

great customer service
