Chairs lumbar support piece broke 1 month into use, Getting the warranty piece was painless and the CS team was amazing, honestly have nothing bad to say about the chair or the support, simply amazing, 10/10 would buy again. Will be recommending these chairs for years to come. Family has ordered 3 so far, very happy about all of them.

At the time of purchase (SIHOO M18), the estimated delivery date was May 26. However, on May 24th I received an email, apparently also sent to other customers that were copied in the same email (which I did not allow to share my contact details with other customers), informing me that the chair in the color originally sold to me is no longer available, and suggesting a change to another color instead. Although I replied confirming that I would accept the blue version if available, I currently see that the blue chair listed on your website is also sold out, which raises further concerns regarding stock availability. I would therefore appreciate clarification on the following points: Whether the blue chair is in fact available; What the expected delivery timeframe is; What actions are currently being taken regarding my order. I purchased this chair with some urgency, especially because the original estimated delivery date indicated that it would arrive tomorrow, which is clearly no longer the case. ---- UPDATE: everything has been solved and the team was very supportive once I came in contact.

I had a very positive experience buying my Doro C300 Pro V2 Full-Body Adaptive Ergonomic Chair with footrest. Really like these chairs. Have ordered a couple of SIHOO's chairs in the past and my latest purchase (M5&) is the best one yet. Recently bought Doro C3 pro v2. My first ergonomic chair ever. Its been close to a month only and so far love this chair. Very comfortable and I use it 6-7 hours daily no discomfort. If any updates in future will surely update review here. Also customer support team is great in resolving any issues.
