Well, first of all, the chair I bought - the C300 Pro V2, is incredibly well made. Literally worth hundreds more. As to the service, well, I contacted them with a problem - which turned out to be my problem! They were gracious and very patient with me (it turned out to be two problems - both my fault!). They solved these problems with kindness and generosity. Some of the best customer service I've ever encountered.

I recently purchased the Doro300 v2 Pro. Great looking chair, supports your body as advertised. Sadly one of the armrests got stuck in place but with no additional costs they sent me a replacement. Throughout three weeks customer support guided me very kindly through the process. The length was due to the fact armrests were out of stock. Despite this they responded very quickly, mostly the same afternoon, to each of my emails sent and resolved the issue immediately. As far as I know it's only two people at the moment of writing, so hats off to them. My chair's now fully functional with nothing to complain about. Sublime experience, would buy again.

Exceptional customer service from a great team! I recently bought a Sihoo chair as a surprise 50th birthday gift for my partner. Since the birthday isn't until September, I contacted customer support to ask if the warranty could be paused until the box is actually opened. While company policy unfortunately didn't allow for a warranty extension, the customer service team handled my request with so much kindness and empathy. They even surprised me with a €10 partial "birthday refund" as a sweet gesture, which completely blew me away! My order was shipped in two separate packages, and when I inquired about the shipping status, the team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond until everything arrived safely. A big thank you to the Sihoo support team for being so professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

Very nice customer service!

Purchased the Sihoo B100 Pro and overall I'm very satisfied with the chair. The build quality feels solid, the ergonomic support is excellent and the chair offers very good value for money compared to much more expensive alternatives. In terms of comfort and support your body , i would say you will get like 90 % ergonomic value for the fraction of you bucks. I got back problems from long sitting hours ,but thankfully this one constantly keeps your lower back support very well . What impressed me most was the customer service. There was a small delivery delay, but the team kept me updated throughout the process and handled everything professionally. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend both the chair and the company as really honest and grounded people looking for their customers . Excellent service Sihoo .Thank you 🤩

Bought S100, working from home. Absolutely amazing chair, real game changer for me and my back. Quick purchase and delivery. Didn't expect it so quickly, expected it to be delivered in 3 days, but they delivered it the next day after purchase. Suddenly, the next day, I saw the price had dropped by £30. First, I was disappointed, but after writing an email to support, they quickly issued a refund. This is just a guideline on how to deal with customers, and these guys definitely do things to make customers happy. I'm happy for sure and a lifetime fan of Sihoo now!

It is not often that you find a company that cares for their customers like Sihoo does. It is also not often that people are attached to a chair. My father bought me this chair before his passing and I was torn when the arm mechanism failed. The genuine care and timely response provided is the best experience I have had in 47 years on this earth. I wish every company cared like Sihoo does.

Great experience with the customer service team. The product I purchased had a defective part, so I contacted them by email to explain the issue, and they replied on the same day. They guided me through very simple troubleshooting steps. At no point did I feel that they doubted my issue; instead, they were focused on resolving it. I received the replacement part, and now the product is in perfect condition, with great quality and comfort. Considering the price I paid for the chair and the service provided, I would say it was a great deal. I have even recommended this product to a friend, and after hearing about my experience, he decided to purchase it as well.
