I'm happy with my purchase. I have a herniated disc, so I was looking for an ergonomic chair. And indeed, my back doesn't hurt even after sitting for a long time. It provides good lumbar support and has a wide range of adjustment options. I can definitely recommend it.

Contrairement à beaucoup de société, on à l'impression avec Sihooffice que la satisfaction du client prime sur le reste. Je recommanderai cette société les yeux fermés.

I bought B100 Pro model last month in official Sihoo website. I receive it pretty quickly by postal colis, and i assembled it by myself with good video instructions in english. It missed some pieces, so customer service bring me it by complementary postal sending (they repay customs duties), and i contact them to get complementary instructions : i get a new video in few hours who perfectly help me ! In resume, i totally recommend to test their products because it's certainly the best quality/price ratio in actual office chair market.

My Sihoo chair developed a cracked backrest just over two years after purchase, while still under warranty. Although the initial solution involved waiting for replacement parts, the support team listened to my concerns, responded promptly to every email, and ultimately arranged a brand-new replacement chair at no extra cost. Throughout the process they were polite, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a fair resolution.
