My jacket came in a timely manner. It fitted well. Is surprisingly warm. The price was good. The colour is not what I would normally go for but I was feeling adventurous and it paid off. Happy me

I ordered an 8 and was sent a 10. Returns through Shuuk’s returns ‘Happy Returns’ was fine
Response from ShuukJan 13, 2023
Hello Joy, We are truly sorry about the inconvenience. We understand mistakes can happen, and we apologize for the error. However, I am happy you were able to go through our return process and I can see you already got your refund. I will be contacting you privately to make sure we remediate this situation by providing you a giftcard for you or anybody you wish to give to for a future purchase. Kind regards, Shuuk team.

Amazing company. Great pricing. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Great quality!
Response from ShuukJan 13, 2023
Hello Howell, thanks for your feedback. However, do you really consider we deserve a 1 STAR review just because you picked the wrong size? We can accept your suggestion about making the experience better by providing the height items fits to, but your comments do not match your star rating. By the way, returns and replacements are really simple, so all you have to do is send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. I will be contacting you privately about this so we can sort it out. Kind regards, Shuuk team.
