Shipping was fast and the clothes are exactly as pictured, true to size, and nice hefty materials. I'm definitely pleased with my purchase! I was halfway expecting the clothes to look really cheap, but that's not the case!

I have received a jumper which does not fit, I have started a return but have no idea how to return it as the instructions tell me to ‘ box it up and hand it to the courier’ what courier there is no way of getting in touch with one. I have emailed for further instructions but have received no reply. Bad service as far as I am concerned. I have received a reply to this review from Shuuk today saying they have not had any email from me that is odd as I have now had at least three response emails from them ????

Hello Young, thanks for your feedback. I am afraid we have not received any communications from you whatsoever. Just in case you are sending an email to the wrong address, our email address is [email protected] On the other hand, our return mechanism is very simple. All you must do it print out the FREE return labels, stick them to your package contacting the items you are returning and drop them off at DHL. Kind regards, Shuuk team.
