I ordered my usual jeans size, 29 (UK12)but they were at least two sizes too small, despite the label showing the correct size. I didn’t return them as there were no return instructions, they went straight to the charity shop, marked as size 8

The quality fits the prices, cheap materials, and sewing, buttons are about to fall off, uneven shoulders in one of the shirts.

Delivery took 2 weeks and when the dress arrived it is way too small. I’m a 12 but ordered a 14 to wear loose yet I can’t even get it on. Also much lighter in colour. Can’t bothered to send back and keep track of refund so will put in the charity shop.

I sent them several emails asking them to provide me with the Royal Mail return label, in order to return the 3 shirts because they are very large. Unfortunately, they are ignoring my emails.
