I would call Shred Nations again, if I had to. Within minutes I had 3 phone calls an quotes and 5 emails. Out of the 3 calls, I had a truck out here in days and we are switch our service with the shred company that made the best deal and responds.

Price was extremely fair and the point of contact was very knowledgeable and professional. The employee who actually did the pickup and work was extremely friendly and very easy going. They took care of everything promptly!!!

We offered shredding as a service to the members of our cowork space and they loved it. The driver, though, was rude and hurried. The service rep didn't provide an arrival time so perhaps that led to some confusion with the driver (who barked). Good rate, though.

The whole set up and work was done as requested. You are saving us a lot of space we can use for other things. Glad we called your company!

We used Nexcut, local firm. They were quick to contact us, scheduled an appointment with in a short period of time, called and confirmed their arrival within and were very customer service oriented. We will definitely use them again when we have shredding needs.

Dear Cameron, I apologize that our local shredding provider did not connect with you personally. We are working to improve our service, and your feedback is quite valuable. We have spoken with the shredding provider in your area and have assurances that he will try harder to connect in the future. If you still have a shredding need, we'd appreciate a second chance to service you. Sincerely, The Shred Nations Customer Service Team 800-747-3365

The price quoted from Shred Nation was high and not competitive.
