Shred NationsReviews of shrednations.com

The woman who answered the call at almost 6;15 pm was patient and thorough even though the office was closing at 6:30. She let me know that the person who schedules the truck would probably call in the morning. Additionally, she mentioned that the truck usually comes within 2 days of the request. The Shred Nations rep was informative and helpful. I think this review is premature, since I have not had the shredding service yet.

I was contacted almost immediately--before 8 a.m.! The dispatcher was courteous and helpful; however, I think business etiquette dictates that calls should not occur before 8 a.m. M-F.

Your service was great. Your independent shredder seems not very accommodating if they service residential locations between 9 and 11 am weekdays and most people work during those hours. not useful to me.

I would have preferred to deal completely by email as requested

Greg at CitiShred got back to me quickly and offered a low price for shredding on site.

Have not heard from the shred company, I have herd from Shred Nations.

I received an immediate response for a shredding company that would work for my needs. I didn't realize though that they were only the finders of shredding companies, and I had already called the service they provided me. But still, if I had gone to Shred Nations first, I wouldn't have needed to do any further work. Very polite and answered all my questions. Thanks

It did not take long at all for my request to be answered by both phone call and email. It is a good referral tool.
