Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that no one in your local market contacted you about your shredding needs. It's unfortunate that two months went by before we learned of this problem. Our goal is to follow up immediately, and resolve to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Sincerely, The Shred Nations Customer Service Team 800-747-3365

Great service!
I left a message and had a return call same day. Scheduled an appointment and they were on time and efficient. Would highly recommend their services! The fact that they came to me was a great benefit!

Not an easy process.
I want to go to a business to have my documents shredded while I watch. I don't want to be sent to random places with trashcans. I would have to spend hours putting thousands of documents into tiny holes....not logical. I don't want to be forced to pay a lot to have a big truck come to my house. Not the best plan even though it's what I'm forced to do because I can't take a day off of work to put papers in a tiny slot of a trashcan....

Dear Shauna, We understand and applaud your desire to safely and securely shred your sensitive documents. Shred Nations offers a wide range of solutions, at varying costs. One secure option is to have a mobile shredding truck come to you and shred while you watch. However, there is a cost to having an expensive truck with a uniformed driver travel to your location -- be it at your business or at your home. A less expensive option is to use a drop off facility, where the shredding is stored in a locked bin and shredded on a predetermined schedule. We hope that you found a solution that worked for you. Sincerely, The Shred Nations Customer Service Team 800-747-3365
