I recently had need for a quick turnaround time in clearing out and shredding my personal documents during renovation work at my residence. After contacting Shred Nations, my needs were met quickly and in a highly professional manner, and at an economical cost.

My inquiry for availability of shredding at my home location was promptly answered, both to the initial and follow-up questions

Marty called and said he could not shred at our house and that no one in the world could do it. I told him I'd find someone and hung up. He proceeded to call me back 4 times, he was such a jerk that I didnt answer his calls. I let the last one go to voicemail....he must have wanted to say something he didnt want to leave recorded.

Dear Dale, I'm sorry that our local shredding provider was unable to connect with you. We are working to improve our service, and your feedback is quite valuable. We have spoken with the local shredder and have assurances that he will try harder to connect in the future. If you still have a shredding need, we'd appreciate a second chance to service you.
