Shred NationsReviews of shrednations.com

I was very pleased with the service provided.

We inquired about an on site shredding. An appointment was set we were told that the shredding truck would show up sometime between 8 and 4. At 4:30 after waiting ALL day...no one showed. No phone call from the company..... Nothing.. Tried t o reach out at least three times as we were moving and time was of the essence and were given the run around. Waited for three days as we were told they would show. Never showed. No call to indicate that.. A lot of valuable time wasted. I was guaranteed a call back from the sales manager and was never called back.. Needless to say, the job was never completed.. Communication on their part was pretty much non existent.. No apologies either. Terrible business practice .

This is the first time I have used a shredding service. I am hoping that they have properly shredded all disposed material and that nothing gets into the wrong hands.

My experience was excellent and the staff were professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We used Shred Nation to locate a local on site shredding service that would come to our home. Shred nation was very prompt in getting back to us and scheduling a day and approximate time for shredding. They arrived early to pick up our material and shredded them right in front of us. The the two men that arrived with the truck were friendly, polite, and professional. They issued us the certification of destruction as promised. We will definitely use them in the future. Thank you

The weather was the worst storm we've had is SF in many years, but the driver was on time, friendly and courteous and got the job done quickly. I will use Shred Nations again when I have a shredding need.

I sent the request for info. Several days later I got a call from someone but I had found a lower cost option. The caller was courteous, asked a couple questions, and let me know they could not improve on the option I had found. Had my need been on a larger scale, I suspect they might have been able to make an offer. I appreciated her honest answers and the resulting time savings.

My experience with Shred Nation was totally satisfying. Prompt response to my inquiry. Scheduling that suited me. Polite and competent representative came to my storage facility and shredded 26 boxes of paper right before my eyes! 100% satisfied customer!
