Great product great service The only issue I had was finding a bathroom sink faucet with compatible threads to the adapter you provided. The adapter seems to be designed to be used with kitchen sink faucet size threads rather than bathroom sink faucet threads.

The Shower Bay shower stall was a God-send for my mother who is only able to stand and pivot. We purchased the shower in July 2019 and have been so happy with it. It is easy to set up, use, and clean. My mother loves her showers!

When you have a 2 story house with only half bath downstairs it is difficult to keep yourself clean after a surgery. This in our heated garage works great! We do have problems with suction cups holding in the sink and had a lot of ov÷r flow of water. Also some hooks to hold up excess hoses would be great. But as far as assembly I give it a 5. And use an overall 5 too! Life saver!

After reviewing many options, our family discovered Shower Bay and we wish we would have found it sooner. The product is everything it promises to be, well made, well thought out and easy to use. That would have gained 5 stars by itself, but the truly remarkable part of our experience was the customer service: on the day I called to place the order, I initially left a message (due to east/west coast time difference). I received a call back from Russell who was calling to apologize - they wouldn't be able to honor their same-day shipping policy but he could send it the following day, because he was calling FROM THE HOSPITAL, WHERE HIS WIFE WAS IN LABOR! Of course I said it was OK. "What about my payment info?" I asked. "We can circle back with you later to get that, I just want to make sure we get the shipment on its way to you. Email me with the shipping address." They shipped it the very next day as promised, even before we paid for it. Who does that?! It arrived when promised and we love it! Overall, a great experience! Thank you to Russell and everyone at Shower Bay for your great product and your amazing customer service!

I LOVE THIS Company! I love Russell. I’ve had a horrible year and have had to move twice in the last 9 months. We I first purchased the shower my landlord said I could absolutely NoT keep the shower. The company/Russell did everything they could have me keep the shower. We talked very often, GREAT customer service. In the end I was able to keep it! I’m so glad because I had no other option and this was over and beyond what I needed.

A great product!!!! It took less time to set the shower up than it did to unpack it. The packaging was stellar and arrived in two easy to handle boxes. Really, I could not believe how well all the components were packaged. Again, it took less time to set up the shower than it did to unpack it, and watching the short how to video made it even easier. I like "life hacks" not just to make things easier, but because I like quality ideas. Shower Bay is one of the best ideas I've ever come across. The unit fit perfectly into our space and the added shower control right at the bay was ideal for our needs.
