My dad is 83 years old. Unable to live on his own. We moved him in with us. However, he has trouble climbing stairs. The rest room down stairs only has a sink and toilet. The one up stairs has a shower. Getting him up and down the stairs was a nightmare. We were going to have a shower added to the down stairs. But it was not cost effective. We spent months trying to find a way to bathe him. When we found this unit.It looked like it just may work. A little pricey. But well worth the money. This unit has been a god send. It is so easy to use. Russell the owner of the company called us before shipping it out. He wanted to make sure we were able to use it. It is large. But not to large. He also made sure the drain tubes were long enough. And gave me recommendations where and what size wheel chair I may need. Very, very helpful

My brother has muscular dystrophy which became debilitating. At the time, our showers were on the 2nd floor, and he was unable to use the stairs to shower or bath. Our friend researched options and found Shower Bay. We had a raffle to raise funds to purchase the shower. The shower was delivered and easy to set up. We had put it in our garage and it easily hooked up to the washer water hookup. (You can still do laundry without disconnecting the shower). This shower is absolutely life changing! Thanks a million to Russell and the entire team at Shower Bay for developing an amazing, essential product for those who are unable to utilize a standard shower/tub.

We haven’t used it yet. He has to have a custom made chair. But he’s really hoping it won’t be long ? I’ll let you know. Thanks :)

I love this company! Russell was amazing and the shower works great! We remodeled my dad’s shower to make it wheelchair accessible and needed a shower for him. We set it up in the living room and it was very easy to use and self-contained. I highly recommend the shower and the company.

The shower I purchased for my mother in my home has met all our needs and more. The customer service has been great. As a patient on hospice, I was planning a move to my son’s house but there was one big problem - no shower on the first floor. My daughter-in-law did some research and came up with ShowerBay. The entire process was much easier than we expected. The assembly process went quickly and smoothly and I used it for the first time today. What a pleasure! I never knew this kind of product existed. I ordered Shower Bay for my disabled Dad. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service that was provided. Russell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken good care of and that my Dad received what he needed. The Shower Bay arrived on the day as promised. It was very easy to assemble and my Dad is more than pleased with the product. He is unable to stand and has kidney failure, so this was a great product for my Mom to easily roll him into, get him a hot shower and then roll him out. It's easy for both of them! Before getting this product my Dad was unable to get a into his old shower as it was not accessible with his wheelchair. After working with many contractors I finally came across Shower Bay. After talking with Russell and learning more about the product I knew it would work perfect for Dad's needs. Russell was very informative of his product and provided very detailed information. He was not pushy at all. He wanted to make sure that Dad would be comfortable and well taken care of. I could really just go on and on about how my parents and I love this product and the service we received. If you or a loved one has mobility issues and you need another option of getting a shower THIS IS IT!!!!
