My husband had ALS and confined to the first floor of our house. The ShowerBay allowed him to bathe daily, which significantly enhanced the quality of his life. It was easy to assemble and to operate. Russell was always just a phone call away and gave us peace of mind. ShowerBay solved what seemed like an intractable problem. We were fortunate to find it. Just test ran the shower and it worked extremely well. Assembly was straight forward with no real problems. Worked with the owner Russell through out the entire process and was very impressive with his willingness to walk me through the process and avail himself when I had questions.
