Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

Incredible product to allow my wife to shower inside of her bedroom because she was unable to walk. Also, exceptional customer service whom promptly answered all my concerns! Quality of life for your loves ones is priceless!

It was simple to set up except for the tap connection. We ended changing the tap as the old tap had a flex spray nozzle.

To say, Shower Bay and Russell have been a godsend is an understatement! From the moment we ordered the shower for my husband's mother, Shower Bay has been wonderful. The VP of the company called us prior to shipping to make sure there wasn't anything else we might need for the installation. Unknown to us at the time, was that his parents laundry room sink wasn't a standard size. We contacted Russell and explained the issue and Shower Bay sent us an adapter kit that converted their sink faucet to properly function with the Shower Bay system. Russell also recommended a rubber mat to protect the hardwood flooring. Once installation was complete and testing revealed an issue with the shower head, Shower Bay responded and sent us the correct unit. Thank you Shower Bay and Russell for your help and attention to detail that has allowed my mother-in-law to be able to enjoy showers again!

We are very pleased with the Shower Bay my mother can enjoy a shower now without climbing to sets of stairs she loves that it's open on the top the gentleman in customer service was fabulous and help us a lot would highly recommend this product Thank you 😊

Fast transaction and fast shipping, no surprises. Also, cost less than advertised! Install was easy and unit works flawlessly.

Russell was very polite and helpful each time we emailed, and talked over the phone. I appreciate his patience and honesty while working with me. Everything ran smoothly.

I spoke to Russell. He explained everything very clearly and direct. Everything went together nicely. My mom loves it. I love it ( I was planning to redo the 1sr fl bathroom).

Russell, one of the owners, was great to work with. He answered my questions prior to the purchase. I was able to send him a photo of my half-bath faucet and he confirmed that it would easily connect to the Shower Bay. I set up the shower in my kitchen for my husband, who has Parkinson's Disease and cannot navigate the steep stairs to the second floor full bath in my 100-year-old Cape. I set up a bedroom in our dining room downstairs and this Shower Bay is in the kitchen next to the half bath. I was able to take my Shower Bay water hoses and install them right through a small hole in the wall into the half-bath so they come up behind the toilet and right into the sink. I never have to remove the hoses from the sink and I'm able to continue using my half bath just as before for myself and guests. I store the ramp behind the shower unit because my husband does not need it yet. I keep the shower head on his left side because he is left-handed. He is able to easily walk onto the two-inch shower base and sit in the bath chair. If he ever requires full-time wheelchair use, I will then attach the ramp. The product is easy to use, well built, not cheap. The shower head feels good, just like a regular shower with the right amount of pressure, etc. My kitchen stays dry. I put a towel mat on the floor in front of the door for him to use when he's done. I believe putting the shower head on the side wall rather than the back helps keep the floor dry. It's a good product and saved me from having to install a much more expensive stair lift or having to renovate my half-bath.
