Great product. The roll in shower completely meets the needs for our elder parent allowing us to assist as required once Dad is inside the Unit. Easy plumbing lets us place the Unit where no other bathing access existed prior.

The company was easy to deal with and responsive to my concerns. The one downside was their shipping broker said they would fly it to Hawaii for X amount of dollars, which I paid. Didn't happen. Came by barge. The Company refunded the extra I paid promptly. The unit itself works as advertised. Only change I made was to put a suction shower holder lower on the side. Easier to use and keeps overspray in the enclosure. Great product. I have no problem recommending it.

Had a great experience with Shower Bay. I spoke directly to the owner. He was very helpful and not pushy. He was more interested in determining if it was the right fit for us rather than just getting our credit card. I had to move my elderly mother downstairs to the main floor, where there is no shower option. She's been taking sponge baths for the last 2 years, and this has been a game changer for us. She really enjoys taking a nice hot shower. The initial set up was very straight forward and the quick connect water hose and drain hose work perfectly. Very happy I was able to find this.
