Good Customer Service!

It is a great selling platform. Most of the customers seem to appreciate the products that I sell them. I would recommend going back to USPS as your shipping method. It is quicker, easier to track. The only other recommendation that I have for Shoptiques.com is to shorten the return time to 5 days, and expediate the payments for the stores to a 7 day waiting time.

Found a product I had been searching for on Shoptiques & placed the order. Within 24 hours (on a Sunday) I stumbled upon the item in a local shop! I purchased it at the shop & contacted Shoptiques to cancel my order with them. The reason I am remarking on this is that the customer service was superlative! They contacted me on multiple fronts to be certain I received the cancellation approval and everyone was incredibly nice and very respectful! Refund was also very prompt. I would not hesitate in ordering here again!

Where else can you find boutiques from all over the world in one spot! Love shoptiques and their amazing customer service. From clothes to accessories to houseware items, it the best forum to find unique items!

I can’t say enough about shoptiques. I have a new granddaughter and I love the baby clothes! So exciting to find unique clothing from all over the world. Shipping is fast and I now am buying gifts for all my friends grandchildren. Loveit

I always struggle to find the right bags to go with my outfits. Shoptiques helped me to find 2 bags from my now go to store Let’s Bag It and a great dress from dream on and la for la for. I am so happy with my POS and Shoptiques, I feel the need to share it with other Boutiques. My store is Lets Bag It in Merrick NY. I LOVE my new POS system. It has made a world of difference for my boutique and my sales staff. The analytics are fabulous and they just did an upgrade were I can see my sales real time on my phone if im not there. I love their staff..... Lindsey, Elliot, Julien, Dan. Ally, and Marc are always there to help. If your a boutiques and thinking of changing over DONT WALK RUN...............
