Customer service was great, but I'm still waiting on the follow up. I ordered a leopard blazer for my birthday and was sent the wrong size. Well the blazer is no longer on the website and I'm really hoping they can find me what I ordered. :(

Their shipping is awful do not expect your item to arrive in a timely manner. One week and still have not received my order.

Shoptiques provides excellent value to boutiques who wish to expand their reach to the web without breaking the bank. For a fixed percentage they handle everything from running e-commerce to providing chat and phone support for my customers. That fixed percentage also covers shipping costs, duties/customs, credit card fees, and all of the other expenses which add up and detract from our bottom line. They even ensure compliance with the new US tax regulations for e-commerce! Their support is top notch and they always make me feel like I am doing them the favor of allowing them to service our account. We signed up in January 2017 as one of their first Plus/Inclusive size luxury fashion brands, and we have seen them grow into a real powerhouse of innovation and service. Recently they added a Point of Sale terminal with reporting as well as a mobile application to further enhance our ability to find and service customers. I highly recommend Shoptiques!
