Great POS company
Upon opening my storefront in Nov 2020 I researched to find a POS company that I felt comfortable with after an unsuccessful attempt with Shopify online prior to the store opening. I made the decision to go with Shoptiques mainly because of the ability to speak with a real person when I have POS issues. As someone who has been in retail for 33 years at corporate senior management leadership; I understand how imperative it is to have a POS company you trust. I have been very pleased with the performance of Shoptiques. There are three employees specifically that I feel go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is flawless Elliot, Avery and Lindsay have been wonderful to work with. In my short time with this company I have already seen growth with the leadership, and hardware additions that aide business for the better.
