The company performed at a high level. The only negative I have was the performance of the USPS. Original delivery date was Thursday, than I was told Saturday but didn't show up until Monday.

It was okay. Shipment was slow. I had to check on package. Then it got mailed.

I really like the shirt I purchased. The thing I like most is that the design is very unique and creative. I had never seen anything like it. I also like that the material is cotton--or mostly so. To be honest I haven't laundered it yet. My hesitation is that the material looks like it is going to have to be ironed. I just hope I'm wrong!

It took awhile for this company to respond to my request for a return but they did respond and send a return label.

I think Shoptiques as an org/website is great. The only reason I knocked off one star is that some of the vendors on the site are not 100% reliable. Items delayed, items out of stock, wrong items sent. Everything gets corrected so not a huge deal, but users need to realize they are not buying from "professional" ecommerce sites but small boutiques, so not totally seamless. But kudos to Shoptiques for managing all this!

I always check customer ratings via Trustpilot. Too many scams and poor businesses out here. Shoptiques was a good experience; found what I wanted, fair price, quick shipping. The seller, Down to Earth, made it an easy experience. It would be better if they showed customer reviews on Shoptiques site for each seller.
