I think Shoptiques as an org/website is great. The only reason I knocked off one star is that some of the vendors on the site are not 100% reliable. Items delayed, items out of stock, wrong items sent. Everything gets corrected so not a huge deal, but users need to realize they are not buying from "professional" ecommerce sites but small boutiques, so not totally seamless. But kudos to Shoptiques for managing all this!

I bought an item but then the boutique didn’t have it in stock. I should’ve gotten money back, not a gift card because I ordered the item. I didn’t return it.
