Got 4 Equino bar stools for Christmas. Came on time, liked the stools but after a few months screws started falling out of the seats. This caused the seats to eventually separate from the seat frame. Finally we figured out that some of the bolts (attatching seat assembly to the post) were too long and pushing the seat out of its frame. Poor quality control. Would not buy from them again!

I read the poor reviews for this company prior to submitting an order, but my local store was going to be out of stock for 2 months on the item I wanted, so I gave them a try. Big mistake! Two days after I made the purchase, they added an extra $100.00 for shipping (on an item advertised as having free shipping) without notifying me and without authorization. I only found out about it when I logged in to check the status of the order and if it had been shipped yet. Two emails I sent to figure out the reason for the extra charge went unanswered. I was finally able to get a hold of them and cancel the order all together. This whole ordeal cost me lots of lost time and an additional two weeks delay on getting my furniture (from a reputable store this time).

I have bought many sorts of items through the internet, and I had my worst experience ever with this web site. They don't know what customer service is! We bought a couple of bar stools, one of which didn't work. It took ages for them to reply (after a couple of e-mails and calls) asking for some photos of the damaged stool, which I sent, and after that we basically didn't receive a clear response as for how we could get a replacement. We didn't want our credit card to pay the full amount, as we were not getting any response, so we decided to accept only half of the full amount. It didn't seem to interest David to send a replacement, nor to reply to our e-mails and we wasted 2 months until we finally gave up.

Ordered March-28, debited my card same day, order stated FREE SHIPPING. Left 12 message between March-30 to Apr-10, no returned phone calls... Got an hold of the single & probably unique Guy that works there, he kept me 28 Min on hold then hang up, then promised to call back... what he never did! order is still not shipped on Apr-14, and they charged an extra 25$ on my card what I have denounced (both charges) to VISA... Be carefull they use also LEXINGTONMODERN as a so called sister company ... My opinion is that these 2 sites are runned by some teenagers and it is all fake! DO NOT ORDER from them..

Bought my bedroom set with shopseating and thy did a great job, they will get more of my business!!

I purchased an Aeron chair and ordered hardwood floor casters, that did not get included. I sent electronic pics at their request only to be told well they look like the right ones. Shopseating now is in silent mode. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

Purchased the Eames Lounger in white/ivory with Palisander. As an architect my peers are discerning, everyone thinks I paid 5x's more for this chair because the craftsmanship/quality of production and exacting proportions equal the current originals. The lounger is a piece of art and I'm glad to add it to my collection. Also of note the Italian leather is more supple than in the pictures, which is the way it should be. The Palisander wood has exotic striations. It was shipped protected in a crated box with white glove delivery.

Just received my second purchase, they know how to give service and customer satisfaction, ShopSeating rules!!!
